Fooooood! is a very short newsletter, published once weekly. It is a way for you to follow me as I burrow into this odd foreign planet called professional cooking. You will be learning what I learn, as I learn it. It is a bit of an experiment. The format is not fixed, and each week will bring something different: a short essay, a technique, a nugget of inspiration, or a tasty morsel of culinary wisdom.
Fooooood! will run from Friday, November 24th until January 24th of next year. At that point, we'll evaluate it together and decide whether or not to keep going (you're part of the experiment!).
